Anveshan & Environment Week (2026–27)
JM International School, Dwarka celebrated Anveshan & Environment Week from 17 April to 22 April 2026 under the visionary leadership of the Principal, Dr. Amita Saxena. Students of Grades VI to XII actively participated in a range of activities centered on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The week began with an inter-house “Innovation Shark Tank for SDG Solutions”
competition, where students of grades X, XI, and XII showcased innovative ideas to
address real-life challenges. On the other hand, grade VI students engaged in a
poster-making competition and a pledge ceremony, encouraging them to understand
their role in achieving the SDGs by 2030.
Students of Grades VII - IX displayed creativity in the “Best Out of Waste” activity, highlighting the importance of recycling and environmental care. Furthermore, grade VIII also conducted a rally on the theme “Towards a Plastic-Free School” to spread awareness among the community.
In another inter-house competition, Nukkad Natak emphasized the significance of gender equality and its connection with climate action and clean water. Additionally, grade XII students participated in a Talk Show Battle on “Climate Action vs Economic Growth,”.
The week concluded with “Anveshan – Fun with Experiments,” where students showcased innovative scientific models and experiments. The event went beyond the classroom, inspiring students to become responsible individuals and lead sustainable lives.
