‘Cleanliness is a mindset-a positive attitude that keeps the body,mind and environment happy, healthy,simple,neat and delightful’.

As part of the celebrations of Swacchta Abhiyaan , J.M International School, Dwarka organised a cleanliness drive from Grades Ankur- X on 29th of September,2023 under the able guidance and motivation by our honourable Principal Dr. Amita Saxena. Students along with the teachers and supporting staff cleaned their classes, corridors, school ground , activity classes keeping all the safety measures at prime. Litters were collected in paper bags and cloth bags . They showcased their sensitivity and awareness towards mother Earth and vowed to bring a change in themselves and in the community. The Principal awarded the best clean venues and motivated the students for enthusiastically participating in the drive and appreciated the values of Shramdaan and respect towards dignity of labour.

Special Assembly on Ganesh Chaturthi 

Ankur-Grade II  

Special assembly was conducted on 18th September 23’ by grade Pallav Blue student on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Significance of the festival was explained with help of informative video describing the significance of Ganesha and how Ganesha acquires the trunk was also explained. The day was further celebrated by Ganesh Vandana followed by Ganpati procession. The festive feeling came alive with the beautiful dance performance on song ‘Oh My friend Ganesha’. The assembly concluded with wishes on Ganesh chaturthi by the Principal.

Sweeter than honey, tastier than curd, pleasanter indeed than any happiness and joy is the company and power of the name of ‘Krishna’. The birthday of Lord Krishna was celebrated with great pomp and festivity by the tiny-tots of Grades Ankur - Pallav.Pallav Red presented a special assembly on the occassion in which children came dressed-up as little Radhas and Krishnas.

Students shared the information on the life of lord Krishna. The little ones added a traditional touch to the entire celebrations when they danced to the beat of Janmashtami songs, filling the air with joy and festive spirit. They also presented shloka & mythological stories about Radha & Kanha and a group dance performance.Towards the end an interactive session based on Krishna was also held.

Principal Dr. Amita Saxena wished the children,parents and staff on the occasion of Janmasthmi.
