      JMIS CYCLOTHON 2023- 2024

      GRADES IX- XII

      “Riding Now, Conquering Tomorrow”

While motorized transport is one of the primary contributors to emissions, noise pollution and climate change, sustainable transport is no longer just a need for the future, rather a solution for the present.

Hence, J M International School, Dwarka organised and hosted its annual Cyclothon event forthe year 2023 to generate greater environmental activism amongst students, teachers, parents and the citizens of Dwarka.

Mr. Ashish Sharma, “Foot Soldier of India”, TedX speaker, and founder of the DuayenFoundation flagged off the event with the school’s Principal, Dr. Amita Saxena and motivated the youth immensely. The local authorities were extremely supportive and helped make arrangements for the students’ safety and security through the ride. The ride was evidence of having fun without fuel where each pedal stroke brought our young students closer to a healthier future.
